General
By using this website to place an order and/or to finalise a purchase with Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith and are considered to be a contract to buy.
Legal Agreement
By ordering products from this website you agree that possession of such goods breaks no law in your country, state or territory and that no laws will be broken by shipping the goods to your country, state or territory.
All brand names and logos used in this website remain the property of their respective owners. All images on this website are either the property of Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment or of their respective owners, which ever is applicable. No deep linking to pages of embedding of images from this site is allowed except by search engines which provide such functionally for the sole purpose of providing search results to the general internet public.
Payments
Payment in full must be received and verified before any goods are shipped. Payments are to be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and must include all shipping and handling costs as well as all applicable taxes (GST). Payments are made via the ANZ eGate payment gateway. When paying via the ANZ eGate payment gateway, you deal directly with ANZ Bank to make the payment and at no time do we see your credit card details. Your session with the ANZ is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and your credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the internet.
Pricing
Prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST, but do not include shipping and handling costs, which are applied in the checkout process. Payments will only be accepted in $AUD.

Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post at a flat rate unless they are over $500 and they are freight free. The total delivery time is the time until the products are available plus the shipping time. The availability time will vary depending on products currently in stock. The shipping time is dependant on your location as well as environmental factors, and as such is out of the control of Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment. Shipping and handling costs do not include insurance. If you require this please let us know at the time of order.
Orders are shipped only in Australia, overseas orders are accepted but special arrangements must be made for shipping costs.
Returns
All sales are final and only valid returns (such as for faults, incorrect products) will be replaced or a credited (for the original invoiced value of the product). You must contact Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment with a description of the problem and receive authorisation from Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment before returning any products. The return address will be provided with this authorisation. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. Shipping of the product (s) to Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment must be paid for by you.
Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment accepts no responsibility for products that are damaged, stolen or lost during shipping.
Transactions that are disputed (e.g. transactions believed to be made using a stolen credit card) will be taken up with our payment gateway provider, ANZ eGate and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Any transaction that is disputed will stop the order process until the matter is resolved.
