Nature of Business
Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment is a retailer and wholesaler of Medical & Surgical Equipment, specializing in the supply of First Aid and Sports Medicine products. We have Government contracts to supply equipment to Central & Western Queensland and have the capacity to supply anywhere in Australia. Our aim at Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment is to provide all customers with quality products, a great service and product knowledge.

Due to the nature of our online business, it is necessary to collect information from customers. For the purpose of completing a transaction, this information is considered personal and private. We will never use this information in an intrusive manner, nor will this information be used or obtained inappropriately. Information about sales is only used in the analysis of trends and business performance, to build our business and thus to provide a better level of service to our customers. Third Parties
Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment will never knowingly provide third parties with your personal information, including sales history, except for the purpose of completing a financial transaction, organising shipping, complying with our tax reporting obligations, or where directed to by law. Order information will be provided to the ANZ eGate payment gateway where your transaction can be completed securely, and no specific information regarding the transaction details (such as credit card details) is provided back to us. Cookies are also required to complete the transactions within the payment gateway, however these cookies are secure and your information is safe. The courier (Australia Post) must be provided with the delivery address along with a description of the order contents. All information provided to government and law enforcement agencies will be restricted to the minimum required by law. Daniels Surgical & Health Equipment will never sell or provide your email address or phone number to any third party except as noted above.
